Bernard guns use a 1/4 turn tip. But i dont know if they make a gun that small.
In the past i also noticed that the lincoln machines sold at home depot were not the same as the commercial models.

What i have to do is close up a hemmed edge on a 8 ft long edge of 24 gauge so 2 rollers 1" wide will work even if i have to go over it a couple times. A hand held tool is easier then handling the...

Original surface is pretty tough but carbide does a nice job turning it.
Speed plays a big factor in both rotation and feed so does the angle of the tool bit to the surface.

Nothing i could find like a simple hardware store remedy.
Ended up machining one out of nylon and slit it with a razor blade to install it. Then fitted the bore to a snug fit.
