Re: New block interest.

I'm not sure if this question ever got answered. Are there any clear pictures or documentation showing how the keys are installed? Does the taper point towards the axle end or towards the brake...

Wood Body Blocks, any difference between vendors

Has anyone ever noticed if there was any difference in quality, craftsmanship, precision, etc. of the wood body blocks sold by the Model A vendors? Is it worth it to pay a little extra for the blocks...

Re: Need wheel bolt swaged into rear hub

A's & More was a good suggestion but unfortunately they are in the process of replacing their hydraulic press they use for this type of operation so they would not be able to do it soon enough. Randy...

Re: Stone Guard Side Brackets - Correct Height?

I thought the radiator shell in my car was an original U.S. version but I can't be certain of this. If the Canadian shells had conduit holes that were about 1" to 1 1/4" lower then the U.S. version...

Thanks Bob. I took a look at post #4 and my SG is definitely not 30 1/2" long as shown in Mac's catalog, it is closer to 30 3/4" which would correspond to the 1930 SG. The vendor did sent me a 1930...

Re: Stone Guard Side Brackets - Correct Height?

The bottom hole lines up almost exactly but the oval opening at the top of the stone guard is about a 1/4" too high relative to the Ford emblem, but I could probably move the Ford emblem up to match,...

Tom,

Do you use the Mystik JT-6 #1 or #2 grease? This looks like a very good grease and I like the idea that it can be used for most everything that needs grease.

Thanks
