Anyone know what gear ratio that axle would probably have? Also, what ratio would the worm drive type axle have? Thanks!

Re: National Model A day tomorrow whos riding

Our local Ford dealer in Arroyo Grande had 7 pretty nice Model A's in their A-1 used car lot section yesterday. Hear no customers reached the "will sell for price" that the current owners were...

Re: Anyone near San Luis Obispo?

Hi Sean,

Re: Camshaft knocking problem

If the above checks don't find the problem, you might try removing the oil pan and checking the crank assembly to cam lobe clearance, especially when the engine is at the point of rotation where the...

Good suggestion about the thickness of the oil. Also, you mentioned that you live in SoCal where there are many Model Aers. If you give a more precise area, probably someone would be willing to...

Re: filter in sediment bulb

My 30 A had a paper filter in the sediment bowl and a metal inline filter when I got it. The glass bowl always looked great but I had vapor lock/poor fuel flow problems especially when it was hot...
