Here is a pic from an old post by David which are for '32's.The clamp opposite the hole of the black firewall clamp is probably what will work for the fuel line.The push on ones are for the wiring...

I believe they are 4 - 40 oval head slotted. $6.38 for 100 SS on Ebay,free shipping. Hardly worth rechroming the original 14 that are required.

If you did find a hub the spindle of the machine would have to fit thru the hole even if you removed the bearing races.

The one I mentioned was not intended to mount on the car(I should have said that-my mistake) but to use it for balancing purposes only.Here is a link on EBAY for one that has the 4.5 & 4.75 pattern....

Yes the studs are 5/8.I failed to mention that .I bought their lug nuts also.In fact I had them on all 4 wheels on my 36 coupe as I had a 4.5" late Ford bolt pattern and wanted to run the wide 5...

What I did with a friend on a '35 roadster I once had was remove the hinges from the A pillar(they are held in with screws like your '32 sedan),weld up the holes(on the hinge plate) then redrilled...
