Love it. I’ve had 3 65’s over the years back in the day. I had both a Calante and a Cyclone. Am I wrong or is this a Caliente with a Cycone interior? I’m not criticizing just relating my experience.

It’s a perfect fit. Go with a 400-500 cfm vacuum secondary carb. I have done this on a couple of occasions. Makes a great running 292.

Correct, if you really want to dress it up go with the T Bird cast aluminium valve covers. The most beautiful factory valve covers ever made in my opinion.

The Handbook only went to the 406 because the 427 didn't come out until mid year when the 63 1/2 Fastbacks came out early fastbacks had the 406.

wagon is different. I could use a set for the wagon. Also need a drivers side axel, the short one. I think the T Bird axels and brake drums may work.

Thanks for the info on the amp meter. Will think about it. Now have the idiot light hooked into a red LED light mounted in a hole on the bottom edge of the dash.
