IMHO If you are not hauling heavy stuff or towing I would go for taller gears . 3:50-3:70s would be a good compromise . If I was hopping up the flathead or going ohv later I would go even taller ....

5 Black powder coated 1935 Ford wire rims/ wheels
Very nice set of 5 black powder coated 1935 , 16 inch rims that were on my coupe several yrs. The rim in the middle was never mounted. The others look still great in comparison. $395.00 for the set...

Speedway Stromberg 97 Carburetor

Double yes to this . But ,I have to add that I have had no issues with Patricks Fentons and IMHO the headers of any type and shape as the Fentons look way nicer . Especially if you run with your hood...

A picture of the head, and of the combustion chamber would help. Do a quick "cc" job on the head. I have a chart someplace, should get you close.
