There was a 6cyl stovebolt in NC back in the 50s that was legendary for speed that had one of these in backwards.

Only brackets are on the radio itself and they are held on by T bolts thru the firewall. Your car should have dimples in the firewall where the bolts go if there are no holes already.

Delivery problem for parts

Anybody out there have a problem with FEDEX. They will not answer the phone with a live body, always say delivery will be a given day and that day extends to 9PM and of course the shipment is not...

Metal cover is the correct thing. White oak makes excellent foundation wood for the bed and should be sealed with a good wood sealer.

Tires are near new, car is restored car, not a hot rod. It apparently was never driven much after it was built. My books show 5 degrees required by Ford for cars and my experience has been 6to 7...

I did not build this car originally, I do know everything appears new and tight but it sure does wander. I have an original axle tool but you would have to be in a pit under the car with a long bar...

You lost me, are you saying air came our around the cap that holds the spring and poppet at the front of the valve gallery? There have been posts here about not running a fuel pump and the bushing...

Some of the peddlers sell a sacrificial anode you can put in your rad that should help stop that stuff. I have seen the same thing happen with alum. heads on a engine.
