One of my headlights on my 37 pickup is starting to flicker. I've checked the switch and wire and see no issues. Have no idea how old they are so thought I would buy a new pair. With the info I see...

Re: Last time out this year
Nice looking pickup Byron. My wife and I took out 37 pickup out on Saturday as the temp was almost 60 and plenty of sunshine. This was the mildest summer I have seen in some years. Wonder what the...

Re: *Mystery Tool ID*
I had a wooden tool box that I won in a raffle and it was so nice I gave it to the wife for her jewelry.

No castle nuts. The cotter pins were tight going in. Better than the way it was with no cotter pins. Should be alright. I'll keep an eye on it.

Yeah....I remember the Kennedy boxes. This one is a Craftmans that my brother used when he worked as a machinist. I used it later on when I worked in a steel fabricating shop and it's still going...

Re: Death wobble
Went to a cruise-in today that was about 25 miles away. We drove on the highway and plenty of side roads with bumps, patches, and a few holes and no wobble. Of course this means nothing as I could...

Ok....got the wishbone ball to pop down. The rubber ball is whole so I don't see a problem. Re-installed everything and put cotter pins in.

Re: Death wobble
Pulled the cover off the wishbone ball. There were no cotter pins in the bolts holding the cover on. The rubber ball seems to be in-tacked and not tore up. I could not get the wishbone to pop down...

Re: Death wobble
Great information. So....if I unbolt the ball will it slide off both wishbone halfs where I could get it on the work bench for inspection. If the ball is to be lubed, what should I use?
