I prefer the 28/29 cars for the reasons others have stated. I also like the appearance of nickel plating vs. chrome or stainless steel, and the parabolic shape of the 28/29 headlights.

Ernie and Y-Blockhead, Nu-Rex makes a similar item intended for spark control rods. I don't see why it couldn't be used on throttle rods too.
