The Handbook only went to the 406 because the 427 didn't come out until mid year when the 63 1/2 Fastbacks came out early fastbacks had the 406.

wagon is different. I could use a set for the wagon. Also need a drivers side axel, the short one. I think the T Bird axels and brake drums may work.

Thanks for the info on the amp meter. Will think about it. Now have the idiot light hooked into a red LED light mounted in a hole on the bottom edge of the dash.

Finally figured it out. There are 3 black wires with green stripe in the gauge harness. Had one in the wrong place. Finaly figured it out by comparing the 65 wiring diagram with the 66 wiring...

Thank you. Think I'll go with natural. Not sure how to clean it. Use diluted muriatic acid to clean bolts but would take a big container and a lot of acid to do the sway bar. May try burshing it on....

If you go with a vaccum secondary carb you could go anywhere from a 500 CFM up to a 650 CFM. Pick your favorite manufacturer.
