Your comment about vibration could be related - I was driving 60mph (too fast).

1) I'll re-tourque the head.

2) This is a new problem after a new radiator install.

3) The overflow tube is at the front of the opening not the rear...

As recommended, every so often I go around and check for loose nuts and bolts on my '30 coupe. The last time I found several including two loose bumper brackets.:eek: Just a good maintenance...
