Re: Want to prepare 33-34 grille for plater

I simply took mine to the plater and they did all that work. That is what I paid them the BIG $$$$ for anyway.
And a beautiful job they did for me.

Re: What does this go to??

Ok, thank you for telling me.

I really do not want to toss this in a dumpster, but does anyone need it before I do toss it out?
Cost would be for S&H.

What does this go to??

Does anyone know what this air breather / cleaner properly goes to? It came with my 1934 Ford but I can find no other photo of one like this listed with any 1934 Fords.
Thank you.

Re: 1936 Grilles

I know that in 1934, Ford stamped their grilles and nowadays you can spot an aftermarket because they were welded then chromed.

Re: scales

Well, once again I have learned something new. I have always been lead to believe that you must take your rotating parts to a machinist to have the balancing done. I honestly never thought of scaling...

Re: Electric fan for a flattie

I am using a "puller" style 12v fan from Johnny Law's in Washington. Works great behind my Walker 4 row on my 1934.

If I were to take a guess... and that is what I am doing... They appear to be non-Ford fenders. Thank you for the pictures... in any order they arrive.

Re: DMV / MVD issues

No, the "nice lady" took it away from me. I asked why and she said "we have to shred it".
Why? There will never be another car with this VIN.... I hope.
