GL-4 is what you likely need. GL-5 is rumored to not play well with brass/bronze. GL-4 is friendly with old stuff. Summit has GL-4 80w90 PennGrade for $8.99/qt.
Some gear oil has a GL-4/GL-5...

That's odd that those require a ballast. Most conversion bulbs do NOT require a ballast at all. It is completely bypassed. You snip the wires to the ballast, and simply hook the black 120 V wire...

Here are a few pics of the interior. All of the side panels, floor mats, etc are original. The only thing that has been re-done are the seat bottoms. Even the seat backs are the original leather!...

1929 Model A NOS STEERING WHEEL!
Took some more pics of the wheel mentioned in the Model A section. It has '61' embossed on the rear towards the center.
A couple very, very minor cracks on the inside of the grip you have to look...
