Randy Gross in CA will do them too. I had him do mine when he did all my brakes and drums. If I remember correctly, it was $75.

The area highlighted in red on the original post is the underside of the metal hinge.
The dum-dum tape that Ford recommended went between the header and gasket or the hinge and gasket.

That is a good question. I do not have anything in that area, and I replaced all of my weather stripping on my 31' slant and still have water egress when its raining hard.
