Same here but the line I used looks like copper but is copper plated 1/8"
steel tubing which was what Stewart Warner provided in fifties.

It is the original 1955 Ford Thunderbird overdrive trans. I will measure tomorrow but pretty sure the NOS one is the same as the one I removed. I just wish I could find a picture or illustration of...

According to my info from Ted Eaton mine was probably like a lot of engines where it was mistakingly left out by a rebuilder after factory assembly and they were installed on 1955 292 engines. Still...

Thanks for info and pictures.Is center mount supposed to be red orange or black? Got both timing cover and mount ready to paint tomorrow.
