I now believe the excess oil is coming from the rear end. Truck suspension is stock except I'm running 32" OD tires in the back and 28" OD tires in the front. The rear end is now disconnected...

Mart to answer your question, the pitman arm is down and it does steer correctly.
So I'm not familiar with the F1 steering boxs guys are talking about. Is this an after market box?...
