Grease and oil are the kiss of death to Evaporust. I don't think it would even absorb grease or oil, so would just be a shot of iron in the form of converted rust to those plants that like high iron...

When you release the hand brake, yes that is high. Yes it can get scary, in reverse if going to fast and real easy to loose control. Reverse should be with the engine at a slow speed, does not matter...

Those look like the ones on eBay at 2Xs+ what Lang's list them for. The ones in Lang's catalog say 23-25 but should be the same for 1915 thru 1925.

While there was a dropped front axle on the English built cars, this is not it. Note the springs and mounting. Ether extensions were added or Ford parts were used on a different frame.
