If piston & rings other than the hole is Ok as well as the bore not damaged in the cylinder of that piston it can be tig welded. Just don’t sand blast or grind the hole. Use a metal burr to clean up...

Is Hylomar hard to clean on part removal. Seems with a lot of the stuff used to seal gaskets becomes a real PIA to get off when prepping for new part install.
