Glad things went well,I had open heart surgery skeduled for Mon. 13 just got cancelled because of Covid outbrake no beds glad nothing real serious some blockages.take care Cliff.

I think the std.had one tail lite on dr.side. did the std. only one sun visor&one arm rest.All 3 wndos were deluxe.

I have found that taking the coil out with a long screw driver go thru coil hole&gently tap the innercaps out works for me Cliff.

Admiral,a big diff. is the nub for clutch linkage on side case is located lower on the 51 also the gears are cut diff.on51 also the 51 does not have the elect.rev.lockout sw.I have both O.D.trannys...

A friend has a multi carb 8ba engine with 3 97 carbs wanted to know what to do for vac. running stock 8ba dist. any ideas for vac. thanks Cliff.

I know it dont sound right but I had a car doing the same an oldtimer told me to check the rubber ball on end of wish bone it was bad replaced it no more shimmey might be something for you to check...

Why oil leak from breather?

Wondering why am getting oil dripping from vent in front of pan dosent seem to have a lot of C.C.blow by? It is stock 36 engine that set for many years got it running good now except this oil leak...

Hi I recently pulled 2 engines from 53 P.U,s both after teardown had valve seats on both in.&ex.they both were mounted from side bell housing &front mount like the Y blocks have all for sale.Cliff.

Looks like you could use a needle point grease fitting to grease without taking the nut off, can get the fitting at Tractor supply Cliff.

I like Koates have the good lever shut off on the floor just under the seat out of sight but still reachable on my 36 conv.sedan works great,Cliff.

This is my red neck way of tighting the belts a bit cumbersom but it worked for me easier if you have hoist but not ness.get a couple step ladders put one on each side place a long 2by 6 on edge...

I like my red neck way of bleeding old Ford brakes with m.c.under car raise car up on hoist tie strong rope to brake pedal clamp vise gripss on pedal so rope wont slide down pedal,now tie other end...
