No radius issue, the caps were put on and torqued with plastic gauge the radius was fine , they were hammered on [soft blow hammer to start then nuts to compress] not by me this is a youth...

Have an engine apart that was machined and rebabbtted ......not buy me in trying to reassemble the rod caps are too tight [side to side] on the crank journal. The fit on the crank plastic gauges ok...

IMHO--------$2200-$2700 is a fair price for a running chassis with a good cowl,hood and grill the rubber also looks good so maybe up to 3K good start for a woody,huckster or speedster...or run as is...

Had a blown headgasket after 100+ miles after a rebuild on the engine .....[3k] well put the new head gasket in and started her up did a few short runs [heat cycles] and am still torqueing the...
