The leak is between the engine and the bell housing. If it was a sbc I would guess rear main seal.

My Fordor Sedan has an oil leak that is getting worse. The leak is very bad right after the motor has been run and slows after it cools off. What are some typical types of oil leaks these engines...

Have you ever seen a trunk like this?

Check out this trunk. The owner believes it to be FOMOCO but I am not sure. The inside is very nice wood and slotted for Model A tools.

OK Thanks, it looks like I have a short in the wiring. Are there any tricks to locating shorts? The only way I can think of is to visually inspect all wires.

How do I wire the headights so they are on the same fuse alone? I am currently using the monofuse and the engine dies when my headlights pop the fuse. Also, do the 6 volt halogens pull more current?...

I recently purchased a 4 door sedan and the previous owner kept the original headlights for his rod project. No big deal as I wanted to use a pair of family heirloom BLC aftermarket lights anyway....

When assembling the carb b y the instructions, they say to bottom out the needle and back it off 1 and 1/2 turns. That would be too rich, correct?

By turning the choke tube in the cab of my A counter clock wise, am I adding air or gas to the carb? In other words, am I leaning out the carb by opening up the adjustment or richening the mixture...

Special thanks to HL Chauvin and Mike V Florida. I got her going good again. I guess the chemical dip knocked something loose causing blockage in the carb.
