My Three Fords Line Up 1 Attachment(s)
Had all the cars out of the garage since I was cleaning up. Thought I would share this picture I took of the cars. Two 1930's and a 1926 T Coupe. All stock.

Re: My Three Fords Line Up Nice cars thanks for posting them. Love the black coupe with black wheels what color pinstripe is on it?
|
Re: My Three Fords Line Up Very nice Sir, beautiful cars and love the T.
|
Re: My Three Fords Line Up Dog:cool: here,
What's a "T"?????????? I have a "T" in my name TOO! Buster T. |
Re: My Three Fords Line Up 26 T coupes are one of my favorites! And you've got a beauty!
|
Re: My Three Fords Line Up Mitch, the black coupe doesn't have a pinstripe. It sports a 50's or 60's black enamel spray job over the original black lacquer. The car needs to be repainted but I have thought about just getting it striped for now. There is a guy locally that does a fabulous job quite reasonably.
Metalho, I restored the T coupe in Montesano, Washington out your way. I knew the Seattle T guys, such as Otis Clinton. Got a ton of NOS stuff from him-pricey, but dont regret a bit of it. |
Re: My Three Fords Line Up Buster T-
A T was Ford's practice at making cars, which he finally perfected in 1927 when the Model A was produced! Now, have a doggie treat on me! |
Re: My Three Fords Line Up That'd be sweet...my three are (not in a photo... Actually four) 1929 A , 1948 8n, 2003 Excursion, 2006 Freestyle....not as cool as yours for sure...love those cars of yours.

Re: My Three Fords Line Up Those are great looking car's. I like that standard coupe, especially with the black walls. Its nice to see only the car that might have had white walls have them I.E the Delux Cabriolet. Very nice.

Re: My Three Fords Line Up Very nice, I love the T, now I need to clean up my shop. :D

Re: My Three Fords Line Up Nice cars which do you drive the most?
|
Re: My Three Fords Line Up The black Model A coupe, no question. It has a Snyder's 5.5 head and a newly rebuilt engine with about 8000 miles on it now. Runs strong. Easy cruise at 50 mph. Over the years however, I only had the Model T and I have put over 30,000 miles on it. Think about that: how many people alive have driven a Model T that many miles. Interestingly, the babbitt is still in great shape with no shims having to be removed from the mains. The rods did require a little taking up.
