Steve's Auto Restoration

Several weeks back, someone asked about the quality of Steves Auto Restoration's (SAR) new all steel 33-34 Ford three window and roadster bodies. I had a chance to visit the facillity yesterday and was verfy impressed with the quality and attention to details that went into the body. I own a 33 Tudor and have it completely apart so I know how it was bulit origionally

SAR is a first class operation and that I would be proud to work with.

Re: Steve's Auto Restoration

I know of someone that bought a Brookville 32 roadster body assembled by Steve's from Steve's and in primer. It was full of bondo and doors were cut to fit the body(opening was to narrow). The guy who bought the body wanted the side curtain rod bosses so doors would look stock.Another pair of Brookville doors were bought and they would not fit hence the discovery that doors on body were altered.Make sure what you get from him is in bare metal so nothing is hidden.
