Turn Signals in Front (or Back) You decide 3 Attachment(s)
So, after obtaining amber lenses, I bought the Tail lamp (right sides- no license plate illumination) from Speedway Motors for 29.99 each. They arent hooked up yet but are mounted.

Re: Turn Signals in Front (or Back) You decide I just used the parking lights and cowl lights [and tail lights]..

Re: Turn Signals in Front (or Back) You decide You might get some flack about the forward facing red (portion) of the light.
For me, I just used the regular tail (stop) lights on the rear (red LED's), and the cowl lights on the front (white bulb & lens). Hasn't been a problem with others seeing my intentions. |
Re: Turn Signals in Front (or Back) You decide Nah not me

Re: Turn Signals in Front (or Back) You decide by the way, they arent red...the photo shows reddish but they are amber...the lighter portion is amber as well. thanks for your responses....

Re: Turn Signals in Front (or Back) You decide No white lights to the rear and no reds to the front. California law. Perhaps WA is different. Art

Re: Turn Signals in Front (or Back) You decide Speaking as one who is no stranger to creative lighting solutions, I'm sorry to say I agree with the others who nix this one. You might be able to save it if it weren't for the divider in the retaining ring; maybe something from the undivided roung lenses you on 30's Fords could be adapted. Even simply going with a simple circular rataining ring might be sufficient.

Re: Turn Signals in Front (or Back) You decide Mitch did you ever watch Candid Camera...the drove a car with two back ends or two front ends down the highway...it was fun to watch...this is not as extreme...I am just not partial to the motorcycle turn signals or the little in the bumper ones...but I guess there are so many choices that we can all do what inspires us. cowl lights are cool but my car didn't have those either...interesting to me that there are so many nays....

Re: Turn Signals in Front (or Back) You decide Steve s I thought about removing the divider...I have lots of time this winter to figure it out. Thanks for that suggestion.

Re: Turn Signals in Front (or Back) You decide Odd. I always wondered what could be worse than those modern LED plastic lamps. Now I know.

Re: Turn Signals in Front (or Back) You decide Kirby, where would you mount them exactly? Open to ideas
