Welcome to the site! Looks like a good project. I couldn't help but notice right away that the headlight bar is for 28-29 and your car is 30-31. Your bar should be arched not straight in the middle. The headlights are correct. The only reason I mention it is the wrong bar will make the fenders hang wrong.

Geez! Be nice, don't run the new guy away! It's like he JUST got the car!
I'd better run to the garage & see what's not "proper" on my Avatar car!---------------RUNNING-----------------HUFF, HUFF-------- Oh! Geez! Vermin's got them funny 16" spoke wheels+*^$^%#$+ Bill W.

Welcome to the Barn. Is this your first time with an A? Have you done any other types of vehicles? The more we know the better we can answer when those questions start coming in. Looks like you've got some garage time in your future but it will be worth it.

A little inspiration follows:

Welcome! You'll find lots of help among this board and good luck with your project! It might be helpful to include your location as people can give you an idea of clubs in your area, lend a hand and give you an idea of parts, vendors, and general model A experts near you that can lend a hand when needed. I've been Model A'ing for a year now and have had the good fortune of having a very active club nearby. I've had a great time and I couldn't have come nearly as far as I have with my project, nor done it anywhere nearly as cost effective without their help, parts and mentoring. I've met a great new group of friends this way also. Keep us updated on the progress!

Good to see another "A" being saved. The only advice I have for you is don't take to much apart at one time (work on one thing at a time). Layout and label original A parts. Don't throw anything away. Welcome, it's always good to have new members.
