40 Radiator mounting

Whats the correct orientation of the radiator bolt,spring and nut on the 40 pass car ?

The radiator should sit on a rubber pad. The bolt comes up from the bottom through the frame mount, through the pad and then through the radiator flange. Install the spring and then the nut.
