$115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? What is wrong with this guy, other than the obvious?

Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? GREED! Think he's around a $100,000 to high. :-)

Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? HIGH priced but a time machine, doesn't look too molested. They aren't making real ones anymore. Could be going through a divorce and wife's lawyer says you have to sell, so it's for sale.
Yes, price is rediculous. JMO Paul in CT |
Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? The only one he fooling is himself. He not very smart. He showing off. He a dreamer I would say.

Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? what planet is he from?????
|
Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? I would rather have a 5 window, seems with the Brookvilles especially and glass 32 3 windows are everywhere.
|
Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? "Numbers matching" "period correct" with a 327? Didn't know they had them in 1932
|
Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? He is dry humping your wallet trying to figure out how deep it is.
|
Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? High, but by waaaay less than 100,000! Unchopped and obviously savable body, frame is likely salvageable. I assume he means frame number matches title...if it matches the number on the turbhydro's flange we can chop off some value...
I would assume he is stirring the pot to advertise the car and will seek actual buyers later. It will sell for a lot. |
Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? If you do a check on this guys EBAY transactions, based on the chemicals he's buying I would guess that his brain was screwed up:D

Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? It was on last week. Only got to 33K. He is too cheap to post more than a few pics? I think I remember when it was found. It had front fenders then. I believe it is from south Florida. Rust maybe? Not a very serious sales attempt.

Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? It's not even a historically significant car. For that money, it should be a completely restored car with an unbelievable provenance...... AND a flathead in a perfect chassis! I wouldn't give the guy a dollar until he could spell "gauge."
I remember these same pics from ages ago. I guess he's going to be passing it on to the next generation in his family. Z |
Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? Doesn't hurt to try-you can see how many bids he has. Makes him feel good-e.g. rich.
|
Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? If my wife told me to sell my '32 that is the price I would put on it. If it didn't sell I would tell her that we would have to wait a few years until the economy got better.

Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? Anyone who pays even 1/2 that insane price deserved to screwed and that's what they'll get ....... That's crazy!

Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? probably hadthe fat finger syndrome & hit too many keys. I know with my nerves sometimes I get waaaay toooo many 00000s
|
Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? He probably put that price on so when buyers sort by highest price first he'll be at the top.
|
Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? he says that it has a 3 sp trans, it looks like a automatic to me, and a powerglide i think he is on drugs!

Re: $115,000 Project 32 3 Window???? The reason he wants so much is its so rare. They only made one 32 3 window with a chevy 327 in 32, the engine was ahead of its time and the project bombed after only one was made. Turns out in 32 no one wanted an ohv 300 hp engine.
