Vinyl top treatment - looking for help My ’29 Tudor has a new replacement top ( it looks to me to be vinyl, it is not cloth / canvas type) what should I use to help preserve it? Would something like ArmerAll help it last? What do you guys use?

Re: Vinyl top treatment - looking for help If you've got the long-short grain fabric like LeBaron Bonney offers, just wash it every time you wash the car. I put mine on 32 years ago and it still looks good and is still waterproof, and I've never done anything but wash it. Soft sponge or wash mitten, not a brush.

Re: Vinyl top treatment - looking for help Back when I was building streetrods and muscle cars, we used Mink oil on all the vinyl and rubber on the cars. I do not recommend Armor All products for anything.
