Fulton Traffic Light Finder
 

I am going through my car-buff brother's estate and am finding things I need some education about. One is a Fulton Traffic Light Finder. This one has a green knuckle joint at the midpoint pivot. Does this color have anything to do with what year or make vehicle it was designed for? Better yet...am I in the right forum? If not, please point me in the right direction:)

That was an accessory bought at auto parts stores, It will fit most any car. if in good condition they will bring a fair amount of cash. look on ebay and you will most likely find a few. One has a bid over $100!
