Recently, there was similar thread/same question I believe. Some even posted pics. Interesting, and from the combustion chamber pictured in that thread...IMO, looked to 'only' be 5:1 ?

I talked to Charlie Yapp. He said it is indeed 6.1 to 1 with some small variences due to manufacturing. I am going to have it magnafluxed and if it checks out I will see if they can do the CC measurement and confirm it with known heads on the market today.

I've been keeping my eyes open for a Simmons head.
Is there any weakness or warnings to look out for when I do find one?

Factory catalog states it is 5.5-1
