Barrett-Jackson's auction in Costa Mesa, CA for 35,000.

It sold for 35K and with the buyers commission it came to 38,500. 10% for Barrett Jackson seems awfully high to me, but the truck sold.

restoration cost? Alot more then what it sold for.. i would say... I bet ya there's $60,000.00 in that truck. For a restoration shop to build a complete wooden body the way they discribed it, to cut ,fit ,paint, installed on a restored AA frame [$60,000.00] for sure.

I wouldnt believe ANYTHING that they said they did.....I think many cars at that auction are bogus rebuilds. Just IMHO.

Or the owner buys it back, if the bids aren't up there.
