Vintique front bar quality

There is a front set here for sale.

What is the quality like... mainly chrome being any good or junk, and the size/fit?

Hate buying stuff and having the chrome rust within months.

I'm not sure what "bar" you are speaking of but that is a name I run from.

If you are talking about the front bumper, you'd be better off getting it from Little Dearborne. I try to stay away from Vintique whenever possible as well.

I had 3 things come from vintique messed up within a 3 week period. I say stay away if at all possible. It took them over two weeks to get me a part they left out of The box, after they supposedly shipped me something i still haven't got. Most things i have bought from them has had to be returned.

I'm looking at that set on oz ebay as well. But I don't think I'll be bidding, just watching to see what price they get.

Yeh Dave, travel to Young or courier will prob kill any deal.

I can get 50 by 8 316 stainless flat bar for about $35 a metre, so can make 2 bars with a bit of tube welded on to ends for say $150 in materials and have no chrome rust nightmares.

50 by 8 may not be exact, but near enough.

Does anyone carry a vernier gauge around to check a driver car and pick on its builder?
