Is 60 over the max bore for a flathead?

On an 8-BA block you can go to 3-3/8" if you have it sonic tested first. Most go to
3-5/16" to be safe. On the 59 blocks I'm not sure of the max bore.

some say to be on the safe side .060" is max for the early 21 stud blocks. I've only ever gone .030" over on mine so I'm not sure. I know some have taken a '37 block to .080 over but that year block may have thicker cylinder walls.
