How long do I have to wait to use fine line tape on PPG Concepts single stage?

That would depend on many things, including what was under the concept. I personally would wait a week, with temps around 70 or more.

we do it in 24 hours here in az.

There certainly are potential variables in substrates, general prep, etc., but from what I've seen most paints (excluding the old alkyd enamel) can be taped the next day when proper procedures are followed. Urethanes are especially quick.

I've done it in as little as 8 hrs with good success. Your mileage may vary!
