Help I’d these parts 5 Attachment(s)
I am helping a coworker clean out his father’s garage of T/A/V8 parts. I am salvaging what I can and what I think people can use. I think I pretty much skipped over all of the T parts but some may have gotten mixed in. But I am not sure what these go to. Everything will go bye bye to other people for either free ( just pay for shipping) or a very reasonable price. I want the stuff gone. So please tell me what these go to so I can mark them appropriately.
Just a cursory inventory: I have new and used pistons, rods, lots of bearings, wheel, steering, axle. I think I even have some shade rods/springs for a closed T car. Thanks, Mike |
Re: Help I’d these parts Picture #4 is an axle and #5 is a radiator apron.

Re: Help I’d these parts How many teeth on that axle? If 24 its Model A.

Re: Help I’d these parts Thanks, Murray. I will check as they look so similar.

Re: Help I’d these parts #3 looks like the curved inner panel that connects the trunk/rumble seat platform to the outer rear panel below the decklid in a roadster, Cabriolet or coupe of some flavor. 'Can't tell from the photo whether it's for a trunk or for a rumble seat.

Re: Help I’d these parts If the gear is a separate piece from the axle, it's Model T. The gear is pressed on, a C clip retainer is placed in the groove, and the gear is pressed back over the C clip retainer.
|
Re: Help I’d these parts I don't think the gear is pressed on but I will look closer today. Have to load the car for the national and then leave tomorrow!!!!

Re: Help I’d these parts Model T axle.

Re: Help I’d these parts I looked and don’t remember seeing a ring like that Katy. And I counted 24 teeth so hoping I got a good spare axle.
