Brookville 1932 Running Boards 2 Attachment(s)
Does anyone know what the quality and accuracy is of the Brookville rubber-covered 1932 running boards? They look like they're probably pretty good, although I've never thoroughly inspected originals that are still in good shape.

Re: Brookville 1932 Running Boards Can't comment on the Brookville boards, but I do know that the Bob Drake '32 boards are an excellent reproduction.

Re: Brookville 1932 Running Boards I totally agree with TJ - Bob Drake's are excellent! Let's hope he keeps making them.

Re: Brookville 1932 Running Boards '32 Drake boards are no longer available from Drake, only from Drake dealers with an inventory.

Re: Brookville 1932 Running Boards Call around to the various V-8 parts suppliers as someone may have a pair in stock. it might be possible that Brookville is using the same supplier that Drake used. Call them and ask. There is also a pair of Drake boards for sale in the swap section of this site. They are new in the box. There are also two listings for the original V-8 Shop boards. I used them on one of my 32's and they were great quality. As I recall I had to slightly oval the holes on the mounting brackets to get the correct fit against the frame rails. At the time they were the only boards available.

Re: Brookville 1932 Running Boards I know Matt at Seattle Speed Shop still had a couple pairs of V8 Shop 32 boards not too long ago when I picked up a set from him. They had been stored in a damp environment and had surface rust on the bottom side though.
