40 Radio Lead Wire Length

Hi,
Can anyone tell me the length of the radio lead—the one with the fuse? Mine is currently connected to the ignition switch to the radio. I'm not sure this is correct, so I'm looking for the proper length.

I'm working with Chris at Bauer on this. They can make one but need more details. If it hasn't been posted yet, Tyree Harris has retired and pointed me to Chris.

There is one on eBay, but I am not looking for NOS wiring. https://www.ebay.com/itm/11632439896...f8bf2744136956

Thanks,
Chris

The eBay item pictured clearly shows the bullet connector on each end (the top is clearer). You can measure that and and using it's length, calculate the actual length of the wire.

The power lead gets connected to the left terminal on the circuit breaker. Item number 6 on the instruction sheet.

The original fuse holder is bare metal outside. At one time one of the suppliers of wiring was selling the fuse holder

Thanks for posting this Ken. I knew this to be true but couldn't locate my instruction sheet as quickly as you :)
