41 3/4 ton dash questions

3 Attachment(s)
Gurus, have a few questions as I'm removing interior and getting ready to dip the cab.... first, there's this knob on the dash next to what I'm pretty confident is the choke, has the stainless bezel around it (see pic). I can't seem to figure out how to get this thing out of the dash? the bezel doesn't appear to unscrew from the front as the knob shaft isn't threaded, but I have no idea how to get it out? Second. There are these two (things/knobs/dials?) above the gauge assay that I don't know what they are. One points towards the driver and has what appears to be a bulb behind it, and the other sits above the gauges and points upwards. both sides are broken off, no wires or anything else, can't figure out what it may be? Third, there's a knob that's attached to the bottom ledge of the dash, to the right of the three forward-facing knobs. Appears like it has resistor wires like a heater element, but again no wires or anything connecting it to anything. The only remaining pieces of what was a heater is the plastic assy that passes through the firewall.
Thanks!

Does it have a flat spring steel horseshoe shaped clip that slides into slots cut into the back side of the bezel? My pickup used them to hold the choke and throttle cables to the dash.

The lower one next to the choke is the headlight switch . The chrome base unscrews using a spanner wrench in the notches on the front. The one closest to the windshield is the wiper control ( I dont think its the stock one) hold the back side and unscrew the face. The small one next to it is the hi beam pilot light. Hold the outer face in place with your finger tip then push the back part towards the dash and sidways to release it from the part under your finger tip.

Suggest the small hole above the dash is for high beam headlight indication. Switch with resistors may be aftermarket heater switch. holes with flat sides are the choke and throttle rod grommets. Wiper On/Off round hole for knob in the center of the dash near the windshield glass and glass garnish molding.
