1939 Coupe dor lock springs

Anyone have a diagram, or good photos are positioned for a 1930 passenger side coupe door lock?

Should be where the springs are positioned.

there is a trick on installing those colored springs. Some expert here hopefully should help you. it involves winding the spring and holding the wound-up unit with a clamp

Brian
Do you mean door lock, which is in the handle or door latch, which holds the door closed?

My 30 coupe does not have a door lock on the inside passenger side ,only outside door lock.It does have one on the driver side but no outside lock on the drivers door. Ford wanted people to exit/enter on the passenger side so they would not be in traffic.I only know Model A , I think they were all this way, anybody have one different.A parts catalog ,Mikes, says the outside door handle lock or no lock will fit Coupes and Tudors on both sides but the inside lock only fits the driver door..

Not just Ford, it was the LAW in some cities to exit on the passenger side.
