'32 Floor pans Are the '32 floor pans the same for a 5-window and a 2-dor sedan ?
Thanks, |
Re: '32 Floor pans The short answer is no. The 5W and the Roadster share the same floor which is essentially a flat floor. The Tudor floor by contrast has a flat section and a shaped deep stamped rear section. If you are building a hot rod and not concerned about authenticity than an aftermarket 5W/roadster floor could be fitted into a sedan body.

In addition to the good info provided by Tom, the front of the Tudor floor pan has two pieces of wood inserted as shown in the first attached photo. Instead, the front of the 5W floor has no wood but a section under the seat with two large depressions as shown in the second photo.

Re: '32 Floor pans Howard you should have asked me in Des Moines, I could have lifted the seat and showed you.

Re: '32 Floor pans Most of the different (American) 32 bodies had different floors. Recognizing this was a mistake, I think most (America) 33s use the same floor.

Re: '32 Floor pans I have both the trunk and under seat floor pans from United Pacific New In Box. Pick them up in San Fernando Valley cheaper than from UP or Speedway.
