Late 1931 CCPU Seat Riser Question

2 Attachment(s)
Gents I have a late 1931 ccpu steel top with indented firewall. The seat riser was long gone when I got the cab and recently ordered a repo that is sold specifically for the late model cab. Not sure why it was different but anyway I cannot find anything in my books to show how far back it should be installed. In other words I am looking for a dimension from the back of the seat riser or front of the seat riser to something I can set to as shown in the pics attached. There are no mounting holes etc to gage off. Can anyone help me with a couple simple dimensions from their truck?

Hi I have an indented open cab P/U built in August 31. In your second picture, that diminution is 10 1/4". From the vertical front edge of seat riser to the floorboard wood is 5". Hope this helps. Again, these dimensions are from an open cab.

Thanks for the input the 5” from vertical front to wood insert puts mine in the ballpark of what the pics look like. Thanks again

I bought this seat riser from Snyders for my late 31. I have never had the seat riser so still unsure. It seems that the front vertical structure should be resting on the floor cross member but it hangs over the floor pan insert. Is this correct or is this another repo that is not correct for the truck? Thanks for any and all input.

Great thanks for the dimension. Sitting where the back fits right with the wood slats I measured the same. Appreciate the help!
