How do I adjust the mixture on a carburator 13922
 

On a 29 town sedan model A ford has a carburator 13922 that is running too rich and the engine is heating up. How do I adjust the mixture? It doesn't adjust with the choke rod like the originals. Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't recognize "carburetor 13922" What is it? Typo maybe?
