Re: Rochester 2gc rebuilder

I can't find him on the members list. Maybe he will show up later. In the meantime my problem is my 2gc from a 1958 Chevrolet is leaking gas past the float bowl and running out into the intake. It is pretty clean inside and shows signs of a kit recently installed. Possibly it just needs a needle and seat but I think maybe the power valve stem is a bit to long and is holding the power valve at the bottom of the float bowl open. The leak is pretty big. If I cant't find a simple solution I will find someone to send it to.

I can help you with your '58 Chevy Rochester 2GC carburetor if you want.
Been doing them along with all domestic carbs since 1967.
