Help needed for Hood Hing replacment on my '49 Ford Custom

I had the hood fly open a couple weeks ago and it trashed the hood and the Rear brace that mounts the hood to the stock'49 hinges. I finally found a replacement hood but it has the '51 rear brace in it and I need to know what I am looking at in order to swap out the hinges on the body. Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance!!
