32 window regulator

I am having trouble finding the correct window regulator for my 32 fordor drivers side front window. The existing regulator has play in it and it has caused the channels to deteriorate. The existing regulator has one gear, two arms and one spring and is attached with four screws. I tried a 33 regulator but it is too big. The pictures I see from several suppliers show a regulator with two gears, two springs and two arms. Also the current lift channel is offset, not balanced.
Any help would be appreciated!

Post pictures. There were at least 3 different regulators used in 1932. The earliest sounds like yours. Of the two more common regulators one has equal size gears, the other a large gear and a small gear. United Pacific repros the equal size version, Vintique the large/small gear version (Vintique's has an easily correctable flaw that causes it to bind, pm or call and I will share the "secret" fix).

For a much more comprehensive explanation check the "errata" for Dave Rehor's excellent 1932 Book. https://www.earlyfordv8.org/images/u...2011_final.pdf
