Thank you for your time. Oldgas |
Re: idler arm My shop manual says: 28-43 ft.lb. for the bracket-to-frame mount, & 85-100 ft. lb. for the greaseable bushing's. I will be doing mine very soon, also. F F

Re: idler arm Thank you Sir:
For your response to my question on the Torx spec's on the greaseable idler arm for my 1956 Ford Sunliner. But would you have a picture of the greaseable washer's & spacers for assembly or know were I can obtain a assembly picture? Thank you for your time. Oldgas ( Ron) |
Re: idler arm Power steering or manual. They are some what different.
I have some Ford drawings for both for a tbird which should be the same ? |
Re: idler arm I don't have pics, but Paul has some drawings coming. T Bird should be very similar. I want to see them, too as I am also replacing my idler arm. Mine does not have any spacers or washers, so I am not familiar w/that part of it.
