Automotive parts shipping to Europe 1 Attachment(s)
USPS has suspended mailing auto parts and accessories to Europe until further notice.Prohibited items.Might be the same with UPS and FEDEX ?
A friend was having 44 upper door panel uph clips shipped to France from CA and USPS refused the packet. Not declaring as such might work. |
Re: Automotive parts shipping to Europe That's gotta put "a broomstick in yer spokes".

Re: Automotive parts shipping to Europe We had 5 or 6 packages mailed over a month ago returned to us without any explanation. These were sent via USPS Priority Mail, and went to locations in Europe, the UK, and to Australia. No refund for the shipments. The customers were advised of the situation and all agreed to switch over to UPS at the extra cost. We’ve been mailing packages of parts for years and certainly know how to complete the (ever growing) customs forms. We’ve had no problems shipping via UPS on international shipping and, to my knowledge, they are accepting and delivering shipments to our international customers to this day.
Because of this unusual failure in international shipping, we have had to announce that we will no longer ship via USPS when a package must cross our borders. I will say this….the deliveries have been on time and the tracking is pretty darn good with UPS. |
Re: Automotive parts shipping to Europe I think it has to do with the current political situation ?

Re: Automotive parts shipping to Europe Lately I have used Fed X. They have been very good and cheaper than UPS.

Re: Automotive parts shipping to Europe Interesting: I shipped parts USPS Priority Express to Canada about 2 weeks ago and they got there fine but I also shipped a USPS Priority Express box with suspension bushings to Australia the same time and they have disappeared?

Re: Automotive parts shipping to Europe Ran my mouth to soon, just opened my morning e-mails and there was a USPS notice the package was delivered in Australia today.
