My personal preference is for the skirts off. Always thought they looked better.

Back to the picture.........
So where are those wide whites that every Deluxe Ford vehicle was suppose to have installed?
Since there is no front plate, we can't tell if it is a new vehicle or a used vehicle.

She's nicely accessorized, seeing the palm trees in the background, maybe Florida, California, even Hawaii. Being a 1940 car, I hope they're NOT in pre-WWII Hawaii.

Denny, I say both. I remember thinking my dad's 53 Packard was so big, till I turned 21 and rone in one. Those 2 gals may be petite .
