1934 Ford (Fathers Project)

Hello All,

Hope you are all doing well. I am new to this site, and I wanted to share a project my late father was working on. He recently passed away and I am trying to get a better idea of valuation and feedback / opinions of the project. Below is the website we have put together to share all the information about the build and pictures of its current status.

HTML Code:

Thanks in advance.

Re: 1934 Ford (Fathers Project)

I took a quick look at the website, and quite frankly, it looks like a mish-mash of parts. He says he thinks it is a ' 33 engine, but the parts pictures show aftermarket heads and triple manifold for a 59A. The engine in the car is wrapped up, so I couldn't tell what it was. Being a 4 door sedan, I don't think there's a lot of value there.

Do the right thing and finish your dad's project. Keep it in the family.

Looks like the water pumps are in the block so at least 1937.

mis match of parts is open for debate, but its still a model 40 which makes it desirable.

Put your general location on your avatar would help with a sale.

Right now it looks like there are lots of missing parts. Hard to put a value on something until there is an inventory of all the parts and their condition.

Felex03 - My recommendation (assuming you are in the Cleveland area) is to get in touch with the members of the Northern Ohio Regional Group of the Early Ford V-8 Club of America. You will find lots of them willing to help you with this project - parts, valuation, assistance, sale, or whatever you need.
The national club website is https://www.earlyfordv8.org/
The Regional Group web site is http://www.norgv8club.org/
