Can anyone explain the cargo? Possibly a right hand drive as it is on the opposite side of the road. Europe or Australia or NZ?

He must be the King. He's at the top of the heap, and besides, That '38 has the deluxe trim. There is also a badge on the hood side similar to what came on Canadian trucks stating one ton, two ton etc.

If indeed this photo is from Britain it was right before the War as it does not have blackout headlights.
